If you want all of your support covered in a single, simple support agreement, then our managed support service is for you.
If you don’t need a fully managed service and would prefer to pay as you go, our on-demand support service should be ideal for you. Pay for a few hours per month, and if you need any more we’ll simply bill you for the extra. If you’re a small businesses owner who needs the reassurance of having someone you can trust on standby for support when you need it, then this is probably the one for you.
